Windows Login Issue

I am completely new to the Azure/Microsoft Admin role, and I am having trouble getting a new employee access to her computer. I have created her account in Azure Active Directory, everything seems fine and she is even able to log into Outlook from the mobile app. However she cannot log into her actual computer profile. Am I missing an important step somewhere? This is not a new device and was used by previous employees before.

    There are quite a few things it could be. Check the obvious things, like, is the PC connected to the network? Is her AD account active? Is she trying to login to the domain or the pc itself? Are you able to remote into the PC and login with your user ID? IF we can figure out the area of the issue it will be easier to figure out.

    You need to join the computer to AzureAD first. Also check these settings in Entra (AzureAD)
