I can’t use my Authenticator for 3 of my emails

Hi,

I have organizational accounts and because I changed the phone Authenticator no longer stores the accounts. I can’t verify them by SMS because the number changed, no code displays on the Authentication app for me to select.

Anyone has an answer?

regards,

Since the phone number also changed, you'll need to set it up again. You can add the new authentication device here.

Then you'll need to reach out to the account admins for a reset, then you can scan in a new QR code for relinking the device.

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

If I’m in Switzerland which is the phone to call?
For most phone providers it should be 001-866-807-5850
