devices which shows under azure devices not showing in intune

in company AD account, the devices shows under user account, that are not showing in MS intune even have the license

    If both MDM and MAM user scope both are enabled for all users (or the same groups of users), please try to turn off MAM user scope, delete the device from Azure AD, disconnect the account on the device, then connect it again, and join to Azure AD and enroll to Intune.

    Because for Windows BYOD devices, the MAM user scope takes precedence than MDM scope, so the device will not be MDM enrolled and not be visible in Intune.
