Azure OpenAI fine-tuning region

Question

It is said that fine-tuning is not available in the region of the resource you have created (East United States). I would like to ask you if you need to re-apply for the list of areas and how to set it up.

@박영업 Currently users need not apply again for fine tuning. The fine tuning capability is now turned off due to constraints on the capacity that are available. This is due to the demand of the service causing capacity constraints. The models page should be updated as soon as we open up regions for fine tuning and users should be able to submit requests when it is made available. I hope this helps!! Thanks!!
