Create offline update package using WSUS

I have a windows server 2019 set up as a WSUS server,

how can I configure the WSUS server to package updates for windows 10 22h2 so that they may be transferred to a drive and installed on a external offline VM running win 10 22h2.

    I am afraid there is no Microsoft official tool available for WSUS offline package however there some available using third party

    You can download Offline KB or package using Microsoft update catalog : https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/

    While you can't create an update package, you CAN create an Offline WSUS server that serves updates to your offline network.

    You have 1 WSUS server that's online where you approve and download the updates. You then EXPORT the metadata and copy the updates folder to media, and then IMPORT the metadata and copy the updates to the offline system. Your offline system then is connected to your offline computers and they reach out to the WSUS server and download and install the updates, and report back to it.
