failed in device setup process in W365 Azure AD Join type cloud PC

Hello,

We have create a provisioning policy with Azure AD join type and assigned to two users Azure AD users (not on prem) one of user get cloud PC device properly but another users get stuck in cloud PC in account setup step.like sceenshot

I couldn't getting any error from intune device properties seems fine from intune.
any log where i can start troubleshooting or clue for error.
