You need to ask your office/azure Administrator to reset MFA, and then you can set new number/QR code on your phone.
Microsoft Authenticator not working
My phone died and I'm unable to access my Microsoft Authenticator on the new phone. Backups didn't pull through and I am locked out of my Microsoft account. Please help

We have tried everything from adding more email addresses, updating the cellphone numbers and still no change...
We even removed my admin permissions, and that got me here to log in, but on https://login.microsoftonline.com/ I still cannot seem to get this sorted...
