Using the request-id to find out what happened.

Hello,

I am wondering what the request-id field is, and if I could use that to further understand what happens when an error occurs. The example below is a happy case, where there's an exception Code that's explicit, but there are times when the responses are much more vague.

Reason: Code: nameAlreadyExists Message: Name already exists Inner error: AdditionalData: date: 2023-05-15T13:20:37 request-id: {GUID} client-request-id: {GUID} ClientRequestId: {GUID}

Kind regards,

Andrei

    Hi @Andrei Lazar,

    You can get the details error message by request id. Since our forum is unable to access to the backend log. I will recommend you to raise a new ticket in Microsoft 365 admin center. Here is the guide of how to get support
