Can't share whiteboard outside of organization

Why can't I share a whiteboard w/ someone outside of my organization? And how can the admin(s) change those settings?

    Whiteboard currently has limited support for external sharing, as detailed in this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/whiteboard/manage-sharing-organizations?view=o365-worldwide

    It will probably support external sharing by the time it gets a tag on Q&A :)
