SQL Server 2022 installation error on windows 11 with error "Could not find the database engine startup handle"

Hello,

I am currently experiencing a problem when installing SQL Server 2022 Developper on my machine.

I have already reinstalled, rebooted without success.

Have you encountered this error before?

    I see this message in the errorlog:

    There have been 256 misaligned log IOs which required falling back to synchronous IO. The current IO is on file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL16.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\master.mdf.

    This is due to a known issue where Windows 11 and SQL 2022 are not best friends when it comes to disk with a large disk sector size. Microsoft has published an article with workarounds.
