Unfortunately, there is no workaround or ETA for this and if you are looking for immediate mitigation, please create a support ticket with Azure Support team to roll back the instances. If you don't have support plan, send an email to azcommunity@microsoft.com referencing this thread with your subscription ID, APIM details and subject as "Attn: Muthu". I will assist you with next steps.
