Two great suggestions from Alberto. But it depends on what about SQL Server you want to learn.
If it is about learning writing T-SQL and write code. Itzik's book are great. And if you get the chance to attend one of his classes even better.
If you want to learn about SQL Server administration, Paul Randall is an outstanding source.
