Form Recognizer Studio Error: Labeled files remain 'Analyzed'

Question

I'm trying to train a custom model in the Form Recognizer Studio (API Version 08-31). I can load in files and label them just fine. If I immediately train a model it will succeed but if I test any files against that model it won't find anything. When I go back to the labeling (or refresh the page while I'm there) all the files will be marked as 'Analyzed' with a green dot instead of 'Labeled' with a purple one and I am unable to click 'Train'. Opening a file shows the labeled data and I can open the {File Name}.labels.json in the storage account, but the tool doesn't recognize that any of the files are labeled. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
