How to Restrict URL / Web filtering for Microsoft 365 business Users

I am trying to restrict users from accessing certain URLs within my Organisation's PC. We have a Microsoft 365 E3 License, so I decided to enroll devices and allow users to sign in with their Microsoft 365 Email. I created a policy in Microsoft Defender web filtering and also ad URLs to Endpoint Indicators but users can still access these websites. Can anyone help me achieve my Goal?

please consider doing the following:

Ensure the devices are correctly onboarded to Defender for Endpoint: If the devices aren't correctly onboarded, the policies won't be applied. Please check the onboarding status of the devices. Onboard Windows devices

Check the policy settings in Microsoft Defender Security Center: Make sure the policies are correctly configured and assigned to the appropriate devices or device groups.

Ensure that the policy is applied to the correct device group.

Use the right syntax for URLs: While adding URLs to the policy, make sure they're written correctly. For example, use the format "example.com" instead of "www.example.com" or "http://example.com".

Check the 'Action' setting of the policy: The 'Action' setting in the policy should be set to 'Block' to prevent access to the URLs.
