IF & Wighted Average Power Pivot

Question

Hello, I need your help please!

I want to add a measure in Power Pivot Calculating the YTD value, using conditional criterias.

Monthly Attendance :

If the category if Management we consider the monthly headcount regardless of the amount of hours worked during this month and we give the value of 1. However if the Category is Non-Management, we calculate his value by dividing his actual worked hours (Column C) by the total of the Month Hours (Column D).

YTD **Attendance : *NEED A MEASURE TO CALCULATE IT ***

IF the "Category" = Management it returns the Sum of "Value" of the Current Month and IF "Category" = Non-Management, it returns the SUM of Woked Hours (for ALL Months) /Cumulative Total Month Hours.

It means if we're in March, the Cumulative Total Month Hours = 160+160+240= 560

YTD Mangement = 4.0

YTD Non-Management = Sum of Monthly Hours of each employee / 560 (See Column H)
