Can't find a way to activate the pre-installed Office

I purchased my HP laptop with a pre-installed Windows 10 Home Single Language and Office Home and Office 2019. But unfortunately, the Windows installed was of a different version (maybe Windows 10 Pro), and the MS Office package was also not installed with any Outlook account. Afterward, after much effort, I successfully installed and activated Windows 10 Home Single Language and upgraded to Windows 11.

But I didn't find any way to activate my Office package. I installed Office Home and Student 2019. When I opened a Word file, I was asked to install it with a product key. I didn't get any option to activate with outlook id or with telephone. Can anybody help by providing any suggestions in this regard?

Again, I installed Office Home and Student and found it to be automatically converted to pro plus. why does it happen?

    Use the same Microsoft email id to activate Office,
