B2C graph api list contacts can't use userPrincipalName

When I call user/47e99b5e-7457-4139-be77-7e24835e7dd9 I got this data. and then we call users/{id| userPrincipalNam}/contacts by using userPrincipalName: '******@thegeartest.onmicrosoft.com' they got invalid.
previously I call the contacts by using the profile ID but it cannot call via by profile id anymore ? is there any problem ? or the config must have beside the contacts.read.all ?
How can I call list contacts ?
and by the way, the profile which got ID I calling in application way is different than the way I call in normal, why ?

Looks like your issue is more related to Graph, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and we will remove "Outlook" tag.
