I am trying to ask a simple question regarding a potential future product but all I can find is microsoft support or help with technical issues, is there a way to ask a general question to the company?

Hi Jesse Moyle, is your question generally about a possible new product that is not yet related to any existing product, or is it more of a feature request?
Here you can find the official roadmaps for the Azure platform, which services are in development or already available.

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates/

The same also exists for M365:

The feature request sites of Microsoft are also a good place to share your ideas or requests and track if they will be planned for the next updates or software.

The Microsoft Q&A forum is not designed for Microsoft Xbox questions. However, I can recommend the following additional links:

Subreddit about new ideas and planned games:

    (Source: https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2019/03/29/engage-using-the-xbox-idea-hub/)

Or you can ask the question in the consumer forum of Microsoft in the Xbox section again.

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All&status=all&mod=&modAge=&advFil=&postedAfter=&postedBefore=&threadType=All&isFilterExpanded=false&page=1

    I hope this helps you.
