I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered regarding the access to my Microsoft Azure SC-900 certificates on the Microsoft Learn platform.

I am pleased to inform you that I have successfully passed the Microsoft Azure SC-900 test and have received my badge on the Credly website. However, despite using the same email address that I used during the exam registration on the Microsoft Learn platform, I am unable to access my certificates.

I have followed the recommended steps for synchronization and waited for a sufficient period of time, but unfortunately, my certificates are still not visible in my Microsoft Learn account. I have verified that the email address used on both platforms is identical, yet the certificates are not reflecting.

I understand the importance of having access to these certificates for my professional growth and to showcase my achievements. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that my Microsoft Azure SC-900 certificates are properly synced and accessible within my Microsoft Learn account.
