    Hi @Noyon Chandra Das ,

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

According to your description and this article, you may have locked yourself out of SharePoint and OneDrive because of a location-based policy.

As you are an admin, follow these steps to unlock the tenant:

    1. Select Run Tests below, which will populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. In the diagnostic form, select the SharePoint Online root URL and then select Run Tests.
    3. If the test detects that you have a network-based location policy set and you are currently locked out of your tenant, you can choose to disable the policy.

The error message you received suggests that your access to SharePoint and OneDrive is restricted based on organizational policies from your current network location. Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Contact your organization: Reach out to your organization's IT department or helpdesk to report the problem. They will have the necessary knowledge and permissions to investigate and resolve the access restriction.
    2. Provide technical details: When contacting your support team, make sure to include the technical details provided in the error message. The correlation ID (9af3b4a0-70c1-2000-483f-a0cf6762731e), date and time (5/20/2023 11:43:51 PM), and issue type (User has encountered a policy issue) can assist the support team in identifying the specific problem.
    3. Check network and firewall settings: Ensure that your network connection is stable and functioning correctly. Additionally, verify that any firewall or proxy settings in your network infrastructure do not block access to SharePoint and OneDrive. Your organization's IT department can provide guidance on the network configuration requirements.
    4. Clear browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, issues with accessing SharePoint and OneDrive can be resolved by clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. Try clearing your browser data and restarting the browser to see if it resolves the problem.
    5. Try accessing from a different network: If possible, try accessing SharePoint and OneDrive from a different network, such as a home network or a different location outside of your organization's network. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your network or if it persists across different network locations.
