MCT Alumni Azure Account disabled, cannot reset or submit ticket. MCT Alumni in good standing.

I have a MCT Alumni account. The Azure part has been incorrectly disabled. I am not able to reset myself. I also cannot submit a ticket to get anyone to help me.
