Auto Attendant Ringing User Busy

I have been trying to build an auto attendant for my company and need some assistance. I have the auto attendant connected to a resource account that is assigned the main phone number through a Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account license. I waited for AD to sync with the change and then dialed the number. But when I call in, it said User Busy. I have tried changing things in my auto attendant to see if that would change anything and I am having no luck. How do I go about getting this fixed?

    Hi @Drake E. De Haan

Does the resource account have calling plan licenses assigned before?
If the calling plan is disabled or removed, Communications Credits would be consumed.

Besides, please have a check in service health in Microsoft 365 admin center to see if there are some related active issues.
If not, please consider creating a service request for further investigation on this issue.
