Client's Android device failing to enrol - Intune

When trying to enrol a customer's Android device via the company portal app, it gives the following message;

"Your device does not meet the "Company Name" requirements to enroll and may not be able to gain access to some of "Company Name" Resources".

The user has a licence for Intune.

I have checked "Devices" and it shows the same Make/Model devices already enrolled.

Also tried setting up a work profile on the device, but when it asks to sign in, that fails with same error.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks.

    Thanks for the reply @Lu Dai-MSFT

    Here is the information you requested;

    1. Personally Own Device with Work Profile (Device has been Factory Reset).
    2. There is only the "Default" showing. Targets "All Users" and Assigned is "Yes".
    3. The user is under the limit.
    4. There are no Enrolment failure messages present.

    Best Regards,

    R.
