How do I get my original account back which has been hacked ?

My original account has been hacked by a Japanese email adress. I've already tried to recover it with the information asked by you and now I get the answer from maccount@microsoft.com that you can not help me ??? I'm sick and tired of trying to get this done by only the online help. I want a real person to help me recover my original account. And here in Belgium Microsoft is not to be reached bij telefphone. My Microsoft 365 and Windows subscription is gone ??? I can't log in at Onedrive, I always get the Japanes emailadress wich is not mine. I made a new account with my Gmail adress hoping I would recover everything but under that account my Microsoft 365 and Windows and Onedrive is not recognized. Please help !

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form

Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
