Using Power Automate with Microsoft Lists on personal site

Question

I'd like to use MS Lists (https://lists.microsoft.com) with Power Automate.
It seems older questions about this seem to imply that Lists are sharepoint Lists; but I can't find an URL that the SharePoint connector will accept to automate it.

How can I write information to a list I'm hosting personally? f.e. I'd like the list to keep a registry of all addresses I've sent mails to.
I'm specifically looking to use MS Lists; not another storage location.

Its possible to get the lists from My Lists, its just the url trick. If unable to resolve url as below, go to the list in My List > In Menu select Integrate > Power Automate > Create Flow > Select any existing template, you will get url.

You want to use Power Automate to keep a registry of all the addresses I send mail to in a Microsoft list.

In fact we are currently providing help on SharePoint in the Q&A forum, and Power Automate is a product independent of SharePoint which we are not so familiar with. Regarding the difference between these two methods which is more related to Flow, we would recommend that you go to the forum dedicated to flow for more professional help, there will be very professional people to solve the problem for you quickly
