Getting internal server error when training model in Conversational Language Undestanding

Everytime I am training my model I am getting a training job failed. Model is in Farsi and this happens a lot, then occasionally I get a successful Training. What is going on?

Usually if the error is not persistent with the same data, then it is an issue with the service rather than a user error. In this case looking up the activity id will provide more info to the service team about the failure, do you have a valid support plan to raise a support case from Azure portal?
Also, in which region is your resource created?

Two Regions: West Europe and North Europe.
For example: in the Language Studio, there is impossible to send test request to the service or during Training the second step Validation rises error:
Http client call failed, message: reasonPhrase: Internal Server Error
In code there is used api_version=2022-05-01 however Language Studio seams to use 2022-10-01-preview.
By Testing deployment I received following message:
InternalServerError: Internal server error
- undefined: undefined
From my perspective the language service is not running few hours for now.
Yesterday the service run correctly.
What can we do to make our apps running with cognitive services in such situation ?
