How do i check to make sure MSI configured correctly?

I'm creating a container instance and am getting an error:
"Failed to connect to MSI. Please make sure MSI is configured correctly.
Get Token request returned: <Response [400]>"
The first time I created the container instance the ACI deployment didn't complete successfully. I deleted it and am attempting to deploy it again in a different vnet. It looks like everything is correct but am getting this error. Thanks.

Anonymous2023-05-22T21:37:40.98+00:00 Can you give me more details on when you are receiving this error? How are you creating the container instance (CLI, Portal, SDK, etc)? Is there a tutorial or guide you are following? If not please share some of your configuration.
