BSOD - Multiple error stop codes after recent official Windows update to firmware.

I recently updated my Surface Pro 8. The update included many firmware updates. My computer crashed during the process, and now I constantly get the BSOD. I have reinstalled Windows from usb installation media, and downloaded all the current firmware files from Microsoft, but still get the BSOD all the time. I get a different error code every time, but the main one seems to be ntoskrnl.exe. I can sometimes start Windows normally, and when I can, I have successfully run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and sfc /scannow. I have also run the Windows memory diagnostic scan, but on the restart, I get the BSOD. I can't install the latest Windows 11.0-kb5026372-x64_d2e542ce70571b093d815adb9013ed467a3e0a85 update. I have run the troubleshooter, but still no joy. I downloaded the update from Microsoft and tried to install it that way, but it always fails. Basically, my perfectly usable machine is now useless after an official update. I am very frustrated. Please could someone help? Here is the report from the reliability monitor:

    Hi there,

    First off all

    open Settings

    Update and security >Windows updates

    Click Advanced options

    Click View your updates History

If you want to Uninstall updates, click uninstall updates on the top, the page installed updates would open and you can uninstall updates easily by right clicking the specific update.

if the issue still persists then

To reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started.

    And see if it helps,

    Thank you

    Hello

The LiveKernelEvent 141 error indicates hardware failure and means there are critical issues with your hardware such as GPU, memory or hard disk. To identify the cause and repair it, you don't have to check those components one by one but perform a quick automatic system scan.
