I have successfully completed and enabled the "Azure AD SSO integration with Zendesk" per your guide here however when my users try to open the Zendesk app from the Microsoft My Apps page it redirects the user to the Zendesk Help Center page however it does not sign the user in automatically. The redirect does not appear to be invoking the IDP initiated flow by passing a SAML assertion payload to the SP (Zendesk).
Can you please help to confirm if the "Azure AD SSO integration with Zendesk" does support IDP initiated flow and if it does; what are the additional instructions needed to enable this or configure it to work?

@NHIA LOR Thank you for reaching out to us, Reviewed your ask and the documentation you followed - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/zendesk-tutorial in the scenario description its mentioned it supports only SP initiated SSO.

@NHIA LOR Checked with my team on this, whether Zendesk supports IDP SSO should be answered by Zendesk team, application decides which flow it supports, would request you to post the same query to Zendesk team as well.
