Incoming call notifications are not showing in the work profile.

Hi, I can't see any incoming call notifications from the teams app in the work profile. Sound rings in the background but no on screen notification to accept/deny the call. Im using Redmi Note 12 Pro device which is running on Android 12. Teams app version: 1416/1.0.0.2023084001/0513

I did a test in our device. I am using RedMi K40S and MIUI 13. Here is our test result.

1)When someone call us in Microsoft Teams, the notification will not display in the work profile.

2)Then I open the Teams client and find the missed call.

3)Ask the test user call me again, then I could see the notification below. But I could not see who calling me.

In this situation, it seems we should enter the client firstly then we could see this notification in our device.

Hi ,I checked it again. Even if the app is open or running in background, i still can't see any notification. FYI, I'm on MIUI14. As far as i remember im facing this issue since the day i updated to MIUI14.

Since our test results, it looks like this issue is related to MIUI system. In this case, we recommend you give feedback to report a problem in Teams client.

I am seeing the same issue here poco x3. Microsoft Launcher. Teams in work profile. If you setup a secondary user profile notification will work fine (when in the correct profile). In the primary profile with work profile I only receive a notification with the name after the call wasn't received. (missed call from name).

@JimmyYang-MSFT UPDATE: Updated MIUI system recently. Now this issue no longer exists.

Also i found a workaround for this issue. By installing teams app in the personal profile, able to receive full screen call notifications in teams app in the work profile.

as said I can repro the issue here, yet the solutions found by @Srikanth Dusa cannot be reproduced on my device, very unfortunately. Double checked permissions and notification settings for Teams in my user profile and work profile.

What would be your recommendation to receive remediation @JimmyYang-MSFT ?

I have tested the behaviour with both MIUI Launcher and MS Launcher. There is no difference. Accepting or declining the call via Jabra (Bluetooth) doesn't work as well so the phone keeps ringing, and I cannot decline the call in any way.
