How to implement "In-App update" without depending on API in Xamarin

How ca we achieve "In-App" update in Xamarin without using API. If is there any specific naught package or solution to implement the same then, please let me know.
My app is uploaded on Playstore and I want to show app update pop up in my application whenever there is newer version of app available. I do not want to use API from google play store. please suggest me another solution for the same.
