Serious waiting time, is Javascript error "no more capacity left" related to plan for power automate?

Hi, You can find in the screenshot a lot of errors message by dev tools of edge.

First, i think telemetry is unreachable due to proxy filter of my company, is it right ?

Then, the error message "no more capacity left" appears frequently. The result is slow navigation to edit flows.

How can I check my quotats ? Is the slower navigation could be due to plan ?
