Skype - Database - In with tables are 'PrivateLine', BusyOnBusy' and 'RgsGroups' to find?

Hi everybody,
for a configuration report we need Information about the configured 'PrivateLine', BusyOnBusy' and 'RgsGroups' for a lot of users. Unluckily is a PowerShell-Script not practicable, because it's to slow and unperfomant. We need the information every day and the PS script would run longer then 24 hours. In Active Directory is only the Information about 'PrivateLine' to find.
Therefore I thought it would be the easiest and fastest way to go directly into the database. But I can't find documentation about the Skype database.

Has anyone experience with Skype databases and can tell me something about it?
(I'm gradeful for every proposal)

Which one do you mean? Skype or Skype for Business?

These are two totally different products. If you want to look for the databases for Skype for Business, it is stored in SQL server. You can view it by Microsoft SQL Server Management studio as below.

I searched all the databases but find no such tables listed in your case.

It needs more details to know your real requirements.
