Hi

We have M365 Business Premium licenses.

Is it possible to invite external non-licensed users to Teams chat without them having an email address?

And if email address is mandatory, does it need to be Microsoft email (outlook.com, live.com, etc.) or can it be gmail or whatever email?

    Hello @IMK !

When you invite someone into a meeting the meeting creates a Meeting ID and a Password

If the recipient does not have Teams , he/she can still join over the Web by just entering the details of the meeting

Teams Web provides a window to enter these details and they are good to go !

    I hope this helps!

    Regards
