Is Visual C++ Redistributable free to use in enterprises?

Hello Team,

Do I understand correctly that Visual C++ is not free to use in enterprises?

It is a part of Visual Studio.

And Community editions are not allowed in a corporate environment.
Or if we have purchased paid versions (Visual Studio Enterprise/Pro, then this component can be installed separately for free?
