After Join Azure Ad , most of the Microsoft App like Excel PPT ,outlook in Freezing state

After Join Azure Ad , most of the Microsoft App like Excel PPT ,outlook in Freezing state, I have cross check with Multpal update but still the same issue persist , update windows , update office App but still the same , Please provide Me some solution

Does this issue occur with all machines that join AAD?

If you go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, disconnect the organization account, will this issue persist?

Besides, I suggest you go to Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications, check wheter there is any error record, if yes, you may share us with the error module.
