How to manage security, backup and server for Forms, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint?

Hi?

I have set up a process through Forms to collect information from education program participants, and then use Power Automate to issue a certificate of completion based on the information provided in Forms. The information provided in Forms is reviewed and approved by a supervisor before the certificate of completion is automatically generated and saved to SharePoint. After reporting these details to my senior, my senior asked how Microsoft manage security, backups, and servers for Forms, PowerAutomate and SharePoint.

Could you explain it?

    Admins can through sharing settings, group permissions, conditional policy and so on to secure SharePoint.
