sccm summarization not updating

Hi,

I build new sccm server and added few server onto this new sccm server but none of them are running any updates which are installed or missing. its been more then 24 hours

I have configure client policy to update every 2 hours

    Problem/Symptom:
    SCCM summarization not updating in Software Library\Software Updates\All Software Updates window.

    Solution/Workaround:
    The GPO points to the old WSUS server.

    First, you will find the policies regarding Software Updates under the following tab:

    User's image

    For client troubleshooting, please refer to the following logs present under "%WINDIR%\CCM\Logs":

    • WUAHandler.log
    • UpdatesStore.Log
    • UpdatesDeployment.log

    Hi @lalajee,

    According to the screenshot your provided, the “Percent Compliant” is shows as “0”. Please help check the “Statistics”, what is shown in that? Is it “Unknown”?

    It may be caused by the client haven't reported back due to some reasons (offline or having communicating issues with MP).

    Besides, please help check your "Client Activity” from Assets and Compliance\Devices to see if the client status is normal?

    I found the issue, we have an gpo which is pointing to old wsus server.
