Problems in finding my certification

I have the problem, that I completed the certification AZ-900 but this is stored under the account ******@outlook.com MCID:11352959.
Is it possible to share this infos with my other accounts (******@janda.io and ******@emea.nttdata.com)?
If not, is it possible to transfer the achievements to my personal account (******@janda.io)?
