Hii everyone ,
I would request you help in identifying the root of the error.
I am supporting DocuSign. It is a e signature application .
I have designed a flow in power automate which would trigger when document gets completed. After that I am using "Get envelope documents"(to get documents) then I am using "Create File" of sharepoint (to create file in SharePoint site) and then flow run URL and send a email action are present in flow .
Sometimes flow fails in "Create File " action of sharepoint . The error message is
"status": 404,

}
Anyone knows how to solve this error ?or root cause ?

Sure, As I already said I am supporting DocuSign . I have been assigned a task to design a flow which would trigger when envelope gets completed.
To do this I used 1 Trigger ( When envelope status (to completed )) and 4 action items ("Get envelope Document" , "Create File", Flow run URL, Send a mail to users )
Here is the detailed explanation of items
When an envelope status changes
This is trigger provided by DocuSign . This will only work on the specific event . Here specific event is "Completed". In other words this will only trigger when envelope gets completed.
Get Envelope Documents
As the name itself suggest , with this action item , we can get the details of the envelope like Account , Envelope ID , Certificate of Completion ,.
Create File
Once we get the details of documents / envelope we need to create a file in SharePoint . For that purpose we have this action item i.e. Create file which would create file .
Under create file we have fields like
Site address where we need to add our SharePoint site
Folder path where we specify the folder path to save the file
File Name - The name of file . Here we have added the name of the file should look as Sender'sName_Subject_EnvelopeID
and lastly we have file content . But here we are facing error . I am receiving error as

Run Flow URL - This action item captures the flow URL . We added this action because it would be helpful for us to locate the failed flow easily .
Send Mail - As the name suggests , this action and run flow URL will only work if the create file action fails . Basically this action will notify us if the flow gets failed
