My MS-100 certificate

I passed my MS-100 exam, but till now I did'nt get my certificate and my score is not showing on the dashboard.

Hello @aly sacko ,

please note that there is no certificate for the "MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services" exam alone.

To obtain the certificate "Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert" certificate, the following listed prerequisites must be met:

One of the following Administrator Associate certifications must be earned:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

In addition to this, the following two exams must also be taken:

• Exam MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
• Exam MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security

OR

• Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator (beta)
