Do not update to latest VS

So updated and upon restart I get this. To add to the poor support for VS when I look at the file it says to look at there is no entry for today so another case of poor support. In the case that the managers of this site want to ban this I would suggest that at some point they let people point out just how terrible this version of VS is and perhaps provide some way of getting VS to work as right now it has left the building.
