I have downloaded an authenticator app as required by Microsoft Onedrive site to login to his account. After doing so we have successfully logged in and uninstalled the application.

As I want to try logging in again to the account, I have signed out and try logging in. Again, it asked for a code but I have already uninstalled the app from my phone. Now I can't login to my account and its asking me to login to the Outlook app as well.

As I have looked for any resolution to this issue. I found this "If you don't see the Sign in another way link, it means that you haven't set up any other verification methods. You'll have to contact your administrator for help signing into your account."

Our admin tried to reset my password but still it asked for a code.

Please help, this is my work email and I cannot access any of my emails since yesterday.

    Hi

I just want to know why you deleted your MFA app.

When MFA is enabled on your account and everytime your tried to login you have to put password + Code from MFA app . this is the process of authentication for a normal MFA enabled account.

Now since you have deleted your MFA app , Kindly contact your admin and ask him to reset your MFA not password. He will provide you a QR scan to re-register your MFA. You should never delete your MFA , or atleast have a backup ( back up option is there in Microsoft Authenticator setting's) before deleting.

Note : Some company.corporate account cannot be restored even if you have taken backup.
