Guest cannot switch organization

Hi,

My guest is having issues switching to my organization. As far as I am aware, she is the only one with this issue. We've tried deleting the cache and using the web version as well as removing and adding her back into the Teams but so far to no avail. The error page when she switches is as such:

    Do you mean this error message happened when the guest user switch to another organization, right?

    Could this guest login in their organization with no issues?

    If the first answer is yes, we recommend you contact with this organization to check if the guest access has enabled for this user.

    Besides, please try to use a InPrivate browser Window https://teams.microsoft.com and see if it makes any difference.
