Create one list item and copy it to another list and create a next available ID number

Hi all,

I am new to power automate and need help with 2 questions. I hope that you guys have wish to help me. We have couple of Sharepoint lists and some of the tasks repeats in them, I mean in every list we have 4-5 tasks that are the same in all lists. 

My questions is how to create item in 1 list and automatically copy it to all lists. I can use When item is created but that will copy every item that I create in a master list.

Next question is regarding ID. We have a column with ID and there we put next available number. If we start tasks with 5000 then new item will have 5001 and so on. Is there a way to automate that so that we don't need to populate it manually?

Hi @Kak Tak ,

Regarding the question of how to create item in 1 list and automatically copy it to all lists, use "When an item is created" as the trigger condition, and then create several corresponding "Create item"action for which lists you want to copy to.
