Microsoft Priva won't generate reports

Hi, I have a trial of Microsoft Priva to respond to subject access requests. I have managed to get through the different stages to complete the data review but I cannot get a report to generate. I've tried a couple of times and with different cases but no report will generate. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem please?
