Azure NetApp Files supports three regions or a "bridge region"?

I have this scenario: I need replicate data from Region East US 2 to Brazil South but currently this pair is not supported on Cross-Region Replication.

So I thought on this configuration:

East US 2 replicate with South Central US

South Central US replicate with Brazil South

In resume: South Central would be just a bridge area to replicate this data.

So, I think that at minimum to this works is NetApp allow add the same NetApp Accpunt on two replication pairs.

If I am understanding correctly, you are wanting to replicate the data twice, first to South Central US, then to Brazil South. Can you provide why the data must be replicated to Brazil South and what is the purpose for replication (Disaster Recovery, backup, etc.)?

First: Yes! I would want replicate to South Central US and then to Brazil South.

Second - Reason:

We have a AVD Environment managed by Terraform. This Terraform uses some scripts stored on NetApp Volume. So, replicate this data is good to keep all scripts updated and avoid operational mistakes.

For business design reason, I can create AVD environment only on East US 2 and Brazil South but unfortunately these regions are not a cross-region pair supported.

I don't believe this is something that is supported. I am reaching out to the internal service team to see what options might be available.

Azure NetApp Files only support replication between one source and one destination. There is no support for multi-hop or fan-out replication. You can consider using partner solutions (like www.resilio.com) to achieve your scenario.
