How to forward a voicemail to end users emails.

My company wants to set up a Teams phone number for employees to call and then have the voice message forwarded to our HR team. How would I go about setting this up?

Hi @Drake E. De Haan

You can create incoming call rules so that when users call you, all incoming calls will be diverted to your voicemail.

Then you can then set up a rule in Outlook that when you receive an email with Voice Mail ( in the subject line, forward it to your HR team.
