Not able to see certifications under my personal email account

I completed below 3 certifications using my office account - ******@gm.com. Then through Microsoft help, they got transferred to my personal account - ******@yahoo.com. But I am still not able to see them and link both the accounts together! My personal account is ******@yahoo.com
