    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    1. Please check if you are able to access Printer directly using \PrinterIP\PrinterName
    2. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    3. Please try to push Printers using Printer Server using Printer Deployment instead of using Control Panel

    Hi..

In some computers the print are connected.

When I add the print in print server, Im follow the steps:

    • Add the print in print management
    • Set the print to list in directory
    • In Group Policy Management, add print in "user configuration" -> Preferences -> "Control Panel Settings" -> "Printers" -> "Shared Printer"
    • Define print to share in AD Groups

When I try to connect directly, show the screen:

Then, I add the register "RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled" with value 0 in server and solved the problem.

11b is the error when the RPC authentication layer is not working as expected. Look for other posts from 2021 when Microsoft turned on the protocol layer by default. There are instructions to disable the protocol which may as well be done on the print server RpcAuthnlevel or something similar. The extra protocol was added basically so a Linux machine couldn't spoof a Windows machine sharing a printer.
